Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery address.

All our orders are custom-made and prepared upon order. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the products are damaged or defective. For custom-made products, there is no right of return due to the personalized nature of the production process.

If the products arrive damaged during delivery or different from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Damaged or incorrect products, when delivered to us along with the original invoice, will be subject to an exchange or refund process after the necessary inspection.
